- Understand what makes a great UI and UX (Mastery in Skinning iOS App is highly regarded)
- Graphics - If you are strong with graphics then great, although if not you do need to at least know how to navigate the basics (Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
- Developing libraries & applications mainly in Java (if strength is in Android)
- Security - Understand technology such as; tokenization, obfuscation, masking, logging disablement, password and authenticating
- Testing - Understand iOS testing facilities such as TestFlight and Unit Testing
- TCP/IP connectivity – Understand how to create Apps that talks to API backend infrastructure through the internet
- API’s - Everything to do with working with detailed API’s
- Be able to work with global teams
- Work autonomously if needed
Highly Regarded but Optional Skill set
- Understand SIM architecture and how it interface with the handset & apps – perfect if already know this area yet an ability to learn fast is acceptable
- NFC and Mobile Payments (on Android platform)– as per above
- Game Development background
- Location based Apps

The Site Operations Manager will work closely with his/her colleagues in the U.S. to maintain and enhance our website content, and assist with one the analysis and reporting of data.
Responsibilities:
Manage our Ecommerce team; prepare work schedules; assign projects; train new members on all key tasks & processes; oversee quality performance of the team
Help identify seasonal resource requirements for your team and request resources to properly staff the team to meet the business needs; manage temporary or seasonal employees.
Support our team of U.S.-based site managers by assisting with maintenance of website content and images.
Upload images, prices and other data for individual websites
Create new web content using rules and guidelines provided by site managers
Update web content using html
Review website’s performance and produce reports focusing on functionality, usability and performance improvement. Provides analysis and improvement initiatives for common issues across the site
Conduct site audits (including competitor sites)
Create tables, reports, and analysis using advanced excel formulas
Populate Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations
Interpret and summarize data to be included in various reports
Ensure tax tables are up to date and accurate
Be the primary point of contact with selected vendors, to ensure smooth functioning of content tools (e.g. customer reviews)
As appropriate, assist web development team with website tasks, using detailed instructions provided

Must have a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ work experience
Must have experience in managing a team of 3+ people
Working knowledge of HTML
Strong knowledge of Excel and comfort building and using complex models and formulas
Analytical and inquisitive mind, eagerness to learn (willingness to learn new tools quickly) and detail-oriented
Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative information
Competitive self-starter. Demonstrating willingness to jump in to help accomplish tasks across many areas.
