Adwords / PPC / SEM Coordinator

The Adwords / PPC / SEM Coordinator is responsible for implementing strategic Pay Per Click initiatives in Google Adwords, bing and Yahoo! (microsoft adCentre). The successful PPC candidate should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the business goals and success of pt Health.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms.

Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.

Manage large keyword lists and find opportunities for ROI based growth.

Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad template suggestions (design assistance available).

Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.

Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals.

Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.

Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

Work with the other team members to meet goals.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

1 - 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) preferably through Adwords.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools (training provided).

Experience working with popular PPC ad interfaces (AdWords (editor), Yahoo, Bing).

Experience working with Marin Software an asset but not necessary.

Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different related verticals.

AdWords / Bing certification is a plus but not necessary.

The successful candidate will be given plenty of opportunity to fully understand their position through a series of discussions, company literature, and in house/external training.
