Remote Staff, Inc. is looking for Accountants that are willing to work from home. The position of Accountant consists of understanding complex information through strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Contacts clients to discuss issues
• Mix of accounting and office admin tasks
• Uses Xero as an accounting software
• Setting up systems, learning Workflowmax (job flow systems)
Qualifications:
• Must at least be a degree holder of Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders
• Must be proficient with:
Payroll
AUS GST
BAS Reporting
General Ledger
XERO
Debtor Account Reconciliation
• With a good background on:
Invoicing
Purchasing
Credit Account Reconciliation
Creditor Analysis
Cash Flow Analysis
Debtor Analysis
PAYG
Super Annuation
• Knowledge on MYOB and/or Quickbooks is an advantage
• With excellent problem solving skills and someone with good interpersonal skills
Home Office Requirements:
• Comfortable Working remotely from Home
• Has a DSL / Cable Connection (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc are not allowed)
• Has an up to date Computer / Laptop
• Has a decent headset and web cam
• Comfortable using Skype
