2. Excellent English (And I mean excellent, especially with written English)
3. Proofreading background is a HUGE advantage
4. Follows instructions to a T
5. Loves routine work and highly accurate
6. Quick to learn and not easily discouraged
7. Reliable internet connection (Good download and upload speed as we deal with videos)
8. Does not use excuses to be absent or late for work
