URGENT: Home Based Customer Service Representative (Voice)

Ebio Home Based Business Process Outsourcing (EHB BPO) is looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative. Applicants must be from Manila or nearby provinces. Must be willing and able to attend a once a month Face to Face meetings held in different venues within Metro Manila.

Requirements:
  •     Must have at least 1 year call center experience.
  •     Exposure in the fields of customer service, sales and marketing is a must
  •     Must be willing to work from home in graveyard shift
  •     Must have your own computer and should pass our Technical Specs (Computer and Internet Testing).
  •     Must have wired (NOT broadband) and reliable Internet connection (at least 1mbps).
  •     Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
  •     Must not be currently employed
  •     With homebased call center experience preferred but not required

    Guess what? This is exactly what big companies are paying for. They need to know what their average customer needs and wants. So big companies pay $1,000,000's of dollars every month to the average person. In return, the average person, myself included, participates in surveys and gives them their opinion.
