URGENT: Home Based Customer Service Representative (Voice)

Ebio Home Based Business Process Outsourcing (EHB BPO) is looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative. Applicants must be from Manila or nearby provinces. Must be willing and able to attend a once a month Face to Face meetings held in different venues within Metro Manila.

Requirements:

•     Must have at least 1 year call center experience.
•     Exposure in the fields of customer service, sales and marketing is a must
•     Must be willing to work from home in graveyard shift
•     Must have your own computer and should pass our Technical Specs (Computer and Internet Testing).
•     Must have wired (NOT broadband) and reliable Internet connection (at least 1mbps).
•     Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
•     Must not be currently employed
•     With homebased call center experience preferred but not required
